International LTERThe International LTER Network continues to grow. The current list of countries with LTER Networks is 23 and three new countries (Mexico, South Africa and France) will be voted into the Network during the International LTER Network business meeting April 13, Ottowa, Canada. EcoRed Venezuela: News from the Venezuelan LTER Network The event included: presentations from participants conducting research
at stations across the country, and a workshop to foster interactions
among the stations, explore ways to create and maintain databases at each
station, discuss EcoRed goals in relation to the countrys needs
and to Latin American networks, and consider the possibilities of establishing
an EcoRed coordinating office. |
