The Fourth Symposium on the Urban Environment Sponsored by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMSBoard on the Urban Environment will be held 20-24 May 2002 in Norfolk, Virginia at the Sheraton Norfolk Hotel. The symposium is being held in conjunction with the 25th Conference on Agricultural and Forest Meteorology and the 12th Joint Conference on the Applications of Air Pollution Meteorology with the Air and Waste Management Association. A number of joint sessions are planned between the conferences. Further details:
